First of June - International Children's Day in the prison of Aiud

Rescue Humanitarian Foundation along with volunteers from Elim Pentecostal Church Cluj and in collaboration with Aiud Maximum Security Penitentiary organized on the occasion of International Children's Day, a meeting between detainees and their families. The beneficiaries of this meeting were six inmates who received a visit from 14 family members (parents, spouses, siblings, children)

First of June - International Children's Day in the prison of Aiud
In opening the meeting, the Director of the Foundation, Cosmin Giurgiu, had a word about the importance and value of family. There was a special time for socializing between detainees and their families. To strengthen relationships between parents and children we have organized a handmade workshop and drawing. Afterwards we had lunch together. It was a special day, a day full of joy that were rebond and strenghtned their relations, a day of strong emotions with tears of joy on everyone's faces.

    Thank you for sustaining and for encouraging me through the biblical courses you had . Not so long time ago I was interned in Colibasi Penitentiary, but I've never doubted the Word of God, because I knew that God was all the time with me, and when I prayed I gave him thanks for everything.

  • My sinful soul rejoice when it got to know God

    I met you, in a place called “hell” and my sinful soul rejoiced when it got to know God and hear of His Love for humans, and of His great sacrifice -the only beloved Son. If God made this sacrifice for all people, my answer is that I want to be like you, not to be ashamed of myself, to become a child of God, to return Home to my Father, and to do what He wanted me to do.
