Between april-may 2008, in Gherla Penitentiary was developed a Satff Traning program for the stuff working in the penitentiary. The Stuff Training program was lead by Lynne DeLano - Peace Corps volunteer, and it was based on the curriculum from the Washington Department of Corrections. At the end of the program, a number of 25 participants received an attending certificate.

2. Behavior Management & Communication

• Balancing the basics (security)

• Monitoring baseline behavior

• Basic communication

3. Tactical Verbal Skills
4. Suicidal & mentally ill inmates  (by Jim Groves – Peace Corps volunteer)
