Rescue Humanitarian Foundation has proposed a project, which involve as partner institutions penitentiaries, human resources offices and Nongovernmental Organizations. After the presentation of the project, countries like Portugal, Spain, Poland and Lithuania were interested in the partnership for the realization of a European Project which will be developed for two years.
