  (H.A.N.D.L.E) Third mobility Cluj-Napoca, 18 – 23 October, 2009 Between 18th to 23 th October 2009 Rescue Humanitarian Foundation organized at Cluj-Napoca the third mobility from the Grundtvig Learning Partnership named ”Having a New Dynamic Life Through Employment” (H.A.N.D.L.E.). At this meeting participate five persons from organization partner from Spain, the coordinator of the project, 5 persons from partner organization from Portugal and 7 persons from partner organization from Lithuania. The aims of this meeting were: to present the activities accomplish so far in the project and to discus the adjustments to the work plan; to exchange information regarding prison system and reintegration strategies, to discuss the final product of the project; to settle the future activities. The mobility started with a presentation of host organization, Rescue Humanitarian Foundation, aims, activities, projects. After that each, country choose a person to present the activities accomplish so far in the project. In to different days we took a visit to Aiud and Gherla Penitentiary where we had a discussion with prison’s staff regarding the prison system in Romania, probation system and the activities that they do for inmate’s reintegration in to society. We could see the differences between the 4 country involved in this program regarding prison system and reintegration strategies. Also, we visit the prison: prison school, administrative department, gym classes, sport ground, visit sector, church and cells. We also discuss the final product of the project and we settle the deadline for each country to finis the three product of the project: The Portfolio, The Resource Guide and The Handbook of Best Practice. At the end of the meeting we discus the future activities and settle the date for the final mobility from Beja, Portugal. Beside the work session for the project we organized some visit to some of the important touristic attraction from Cluj. We visited Turda Saline, Nicula Monastery, Botanical Garden, The old city of Cluj-Napoca, many churches and cathedrals from Cluj-Napoca. We also have dinner in some traditional restaurants (Hanul Dacilor, Casa Ardeleana) where we invite the guest to taste from our traditional food.
