  During February-June 2010 Rescue Humanitarian Foundation organized in Gherla Prison a Skill Development Programme for labor market integration of inmates. " The program is part of "Having the New Dynamic Life Through Employment" program funded by the European Commission through Grundtvig Programme. The aim of the program was to develop self-knowledge and develop skills necessary for labor reintegration. Activities conducted on ways were directed to job search, resume and participation in achieving a job interview and ended with a simulated job interview with a person specialized in recruitment and human selection. The program had a duration of 14 sessions conducted weekly At the program were attended 10 inmate from Gherla Penitentiary who have more than two years until their release from prison. At the end of the program participants had a range of information on the procedure for finding a job, have developed and practiced skills to participate in a job interview.
