ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE RESCUE HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION

WITH VOLUNTEERS AND MISSION COORDINATOR’S  IN PRISON


In the  weekend 24 to 26 June we organized a conference in Cluj-Napoca with coordinator’s program and volunteers from several prisons in the country.
The purpose of this conference was to know us better, to share and learn from each experience, to encourage and to work closer in the future.

The program started with a presentation of the Humanitarian Foundation Rescue and activities which it carries in the sphere of evangelism and psycho-social and humanitarian activities.
Church volunteers coordinators Arad Adoram  Church (Cristi Galea), Bethel Pentecostal Church (Rahela Baul), Barlad Emanuel Christian Church (Marius Vaduva) Jibou  Lord’s Army (Mihail Petrica), Lord's Army Christian Association Cluj (Cristina Muresan),  Baptist Church no. 1 Cluj-Napoca, Manastur  (Petrica Agheorghiesei)  Speranta Pentecostal Church  Cluj (Denisa Salanta), Gospel Light Church Cluj-Napoca  (Isaac Lawrence)  have shared from their experiences in prison. Liviu Puscasu from our foundation told us about the involvement of weekly Bible study in  Aiud  Prison base on various  books  and Raul Giurea spoke on behalf of the volunteers from Alcoholic  Anonymous .
All discussions were held in a non-formal warm and friendly atmosphere, accompanied by prayer and praise songs to God.
Finally, we listened pastor’s Ciprian Petrisor encouraging message.
At the end of the meeting we discussed the positive and negative aspects found in our work in prison and the possibility of promoting the mission in order to involve more churches and local organizations.
Thank God that all these years has been with us and for the honor makes us partaker’s in His work in prison.
